Los Angeles & San Diego Trip
February 12 – 15, 2026
IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS: ISE/SMG/CASE require all participating students must arrange flights using Flightfox (ISE/SMG/CASE affiliate) departing on February 12, 2026 and arriving Los Angeles Airport on February 12, 2026 between 7:30 am – 2 pm. On February 15, 2026 flights must depart from Los Angeles Airport between 2 pm – 10:30 pm without overnight stay in the airport (no sleeping in the airport) . Los Angeles & San Diego trip is accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with a professional tour guide. Please find following weblink to connect with Flightfox to book flights.
Terms and Conditions
To confirm, parent’s signed authorization form is required within 10 days from reservation. Please make a reservation using trip calendar and make sure to enter your program reservation code. Airfare is not included in the trip.
Remaining balance is due by December 10, 2025 with flight and medical insurance information. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after December 10, 2025. If flight information and signed waiver form are not turn-in by December 10, 2025, reservation will be cancelled and refunded less $300 initial non-refundable deposit. 100 % cancellation charge if trip is cancelled by student after December 10, 2025. Reservation cancellation for non-payment if full payment is not made by December 10, 2025. Once reservation is cancelled, there is no credit to future services nor refund. In case of medical emergency, accompanying ISE chaperones are responsible for medical arrangement.
Late arriving students on delayed flights will be met by ISE/SMG chaperone and connect with the main group from Hollywood. Late arriving students are financially responsible for LAX transfer to connect with the main group.
Full refund is provided in case of trip cancellation due to insufficient sign-ups. Minimum of 25 student reservations to operate Los Angeles trip.
All roommate requests must be arranged in advance prior to making trip reservation by emailing roommates request to info@usastudenttour.com. Single triple and quad occupancy reservation/payments are allowed once roommate requests are made and accepted by USA Student Tour.

- 2 pm Meet chaperones and tour guide @ LAX terminal 5 arrival level information desk
2:30 pm Depart LAX for Los Angeles city tour including Griffith Park Observatory, Downtown Los Angeles, historic Olvera Street, Disney Concert Hall, LA Live and Hollywood
Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood dinner. Hollywood Walk of Fame walking tour after dinner.
9:30 pm Hotel check-in. Homewood Suites Redondo Beach - Day 2 Friday Feb 13 – Santa Monica Beach and warner Brothers Studio

8:30 am Depart for Warner Brothers Studio tour
