Los Angeles & San Diego Trip

IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS: ISE/SMG/CASE strongly suggest that all participating students to arrange flights using Flightfox (ISE/SMG/CASE affiliate) departing on February 4, 2027 and arriving Los Angeles Airport on February 4, 2027 between 7:30 am – 2 pm. On February 7, 2027 flights must depart from Los Angeles Airport between 2 pm – 10:30 pm without overnight stay in the airport (no sleeping in the airport) . Los Angeles & San Diego trip is accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with a professional tour guide. Please find following weblink to connect with Flightfox to book flights. Airfare is not included in the trip. Please do not book flights until USA Student Tour sends email notification to book flights. USA Student Tour will send email notification to book flights once minimum sign-up is reached. Los Angeles & San Diego Trip requires 25 reservations to operate. Students can make reservation beyond deadline if spaces are available.
Terms and Conditions
Please make a reservation using trip calendar and make sure to enter your program reservation code. Students are required to enter their ISE/SMG/CASE student ID #. Please do not enter your high school student ID#. Once reservation is made, signed authorization form is required within 10 days from trip reservation. Airfare is not included in the trip. Please do not book flights until USA Student Tour sends email notification to book flights. USA Student Tour will send email notification to book flights once minimum sign-up is reached.
Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after December 4, 2026.Once reservation is cancelled, there is no credit to future services nor refund.
Late arriving students on delayed flights will be met by ISE/SMG chaperone and connect with the main group from Hollywood. Late arriving students are financially responsible for LAX transfer to connect with the main group.
All roommate requests must be arranged by students by sending roommate request to info@usastudenttour.com with roomate name and email address at least 21 days from trip departure date.

2:30 pm Depart LAX for Los Angeles city tour including Griffith Park Observatory, Downtown Los Angeles, historic Olvera Street, Disney Concert Hall, LA Live and Hollywood
Dave & Buster’s Hollywood dinner. Hollywood Walk of Fame walking tour after dinner.
9:30 pm Hotel check-in. Hampton Inn El Segundo - Day 2 Friday Feb 5 – Santa Monica Beach and warner Brothers Studio
