50% cancellation charge for cancellation made within 50 days from departure date. 100% cancellation charge for cancellation made within 30 days from departure date. It is the passenger’s responsibility to be at the departure point at the appointed time. No refunds or credit will be given for a missed departure. Tours must be booked and paid in advance.

For discounted price reservations (made before October 1st): cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellations are made after October 7,2022. If cancellations are made before October 7,2022, passengers are entitled to a 100% refund.
For non-discounted price reservations (made after October 7,2022): cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellations are made within 30 days from departure date.
