Student reservation policy:
Quad occupancy – require 4 student reservations
Triple occupancy and Double occupancy – individual triple and double occupancy reservations are accepted with condition that students will be matched with other students of same gender.For students to make reservation, 50% non-refundable deposit is due by May 15, 2019. Reservation can be made through usastudenttour.com with personal credit card.If parent’s credit card is used to make reservation, card holder’s government issued ID and credit card copies are required for credit card holder verification. Remaining balance is due by July 1, 2019. Non-payment by due date is considered cancellation. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after July 1, 2019. Occupancy change is allowed up to August 10, 2019. All roommate requests must be made via email. California Tours reserves the right to cancel trip if insufficient number of reservations is received. Once trip is cancelled, full refund is provided within 10 business days. California Road Trip is available to UC Davis| Summer Start students only.
