March 6 – 9, 2025
IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS: All participating students must arrange flights arriving Orlando International Airport on March 6, 2025 between 8 am – 2:30 pm and departing from Orlando International Airport on March 9, 2025 between 3 pm – 10:30 pm. Florida trip is accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with a professional tour guide.
Terms and Conditions
To confirm, parent’s signed authorization form is required within 15 days from reservation. Please make a reservation using trip calendar and make sure to enter your program reservation code. Airfare is not included in the trip.
Remaining balance is due by December 30, 2024 with flight and medical insurance information. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after December 30, 2024. If flight information and signed waiver form are not turn-in by December 30, 2024, reservation will be cancelled and refunded less $300 initial non-refundable deposit. 100 % cancellation charge if trip is cancelled by student after December 30, 2024. Reservation cancellation for non-payment if full payment is not made by December 30, 2024. Once reservation is cancelled, there is no credit to future services nor refund. In case of medical emergency, accompanying ISE chaperones are responsible for medical arrangement.
Late arriving students on delayed flights will be met by ISE/SMG chaperone and connect with the main group from Springhill Suite Orlando. Late arriving students are financially responsible for hotel transfer to connect with the main group.
Full refund is provided in case of trip cancellation due to insufficient sign-ups. Minimum of 28 student reservations to operate Florida trip.
All roommates must be arranged in advance by students prior to making trip reservation by emailing roommate request to info@usastudenttour.com with roommate names. Single triple and quad occupancy reservation/payments are allowed once roommate requests are made and accepted by USA Student Tour.

- Day 1, Thursday March 6 – Airport Transfer and Disney Springs
- 3 pm Students meet chaperones and tour guide meet at the Orlando International Airport
3:30 pm Depart Orlando Airport for hotel
TBA Check-in with Springhill Suite in Marriott Village Lake Buena Vista Orlando
6 pm Hotel shuttle to Disney Spring for group dinner
9 pm Return to hotel - Day 2, Friday March 7 – Disney Epcot Center 9 am – 9 pm

8:30 am Hotel Shuttle to Epcot Center. Admission based on regular one day pass
Hotel shuttle schedule: 6 pm, 8 pm and 10 pm
12 pm Students check-in with assigned chaperone

9 pm Students check-in with assigned chaperone and return to hotel using hotel shuttle bus - Day 3, Saturday March 8 – Universal Studios 9 am – 9 pm
