Chicago Trip
May 15 – 17, 2026
IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS: All participating students must arrange flights departing on May 15, 2026 and arriving ORD on May 15, 2026 between 7 am and 1 pm. On May 17, 2026, all flights must depart ORD between 2 pm – 10 pm. Chicago trip is accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with a professional tour guide. Terms and Conditions
To confirm, parent’s signed authorization form is required within 15 days from reservation. Please make a reservation using trip calendar by entering your program reservation code. Airfare is not included in the trip.
Remaining balance is due by March 6, 2026 with flight and medical insurance information. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after March 6, 2026. If flight information and signed waiver form are not turn-in by March 6, 2026, reservation will be cancelled and refunded less $300 initial non-refundable deposit. Non-payment by March 6, 2026 will result in reservation cancellation without refund. Once reservation is cancelled, there is no credit to future services nor refund.
Late arriving students on delayed flights will be met by ISE/SMG chaperone and connect with the main group from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Late arriving students are financially responsible for ORD transfer to connect with the main group.
Full refund is provided in case of trip cancellation due to insufficient sign-ups. Minimum of 28 student reservations to operate Chicago Trip.
All roommate requests must be arranged in advance by emailing roommates request to info@usastudenttour.com with roommate names. Single triple and quad occupancy reservation/payments are allowed once roommate requests are made and accepted by USA Student Tour.

- Day 1, Friday May 15 – Chicago
- 2 pm Students meet chaperones and tour guide @ ORD terminal
2:15 pm Depart Chicago Airport for Chicago city tour including Hyde Park, U of Chicago, Frank Lloyd Wright’s House, Soldier Field, Millenium Park, Magnificent Mile ( Michigan Avenu) and Gold Coast. Chicago Deep Dish Pizza dinner

9 pm Hotel check-in - Day 2, Saturday May 16 – Chicago

For quad & triple occupancy, all roommates must be pre-arranged by students. Single quad & triple occupancy reservations are not accepted without pre-arranged roommates by students.

Completed in 2004, Millennium Park has become cultural center of Chicago with iconic art, architecture and landscape design. One of its major attractions is Cloud gate sculpture (“The Bean”) became the symbolic structure of Chicago.

Highway 66, better known as Route 66, was first constructed in 1924 connecting Chicago to St, Louis. With leisure travel increase and migration to the west, this legendary highway was extended 2400 miles from Chicago to Santa Monica.

75 minute boat tour through Chicago River showcases Chicago’s well known sites as well as hidden treasures. Architectural Boat tour is led by architecture expert highlighting some of the Chicago’s new and majestic buildings.

The Crown Fountain is a reflecting pool designed by Spanish artist Jaume Piensa. This interactive public art is 232 feet long and 48 ft wide displaying the faces of 1000 Chicago residents.

Located in Grant Park, Buckingham Fountain has become Chicago’s front door. Buckingham Fountain design was inspired by the Latona Basin at Versailles but it is twice the size of its French counterpart.

Completed in 19126, Navy Pier has become a must see landmark in Chicago. It has one of the largest Ferris wheels in the world towering over 200 feet with many entertainment, dining and shopping choices.
