Signed Confirmation, 25% non-refundable deposit and participant list with background are due at 120 days from program date. Full payment with flight information is due 60 days from program start date. Participants are responsible for obtaining visa to enter United States. 100% cancellation for cancellation made within 60 days from program start date.
