IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS: All participating students must arrive Dulles Airport on April 26, 2024 prior to 12 pm meeting and depart Dulles Airport on April 28, 2024 after 5:30 pm. Washington D.C. Trip is exclusively designed for ISE, SMG and CASE students. Washington D.C. Trip is accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with a professional tour guide.

TRIP HAS BEEN CANCELLED
To confirm, parent’s signed authorization form is required within 15 days from reservation. Please make a reservation using trip calendar by entering your program reservation code. Airfare is not included in the trip.
Remaining balance is due by February 26, 2024 with flight and medical insurance information. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after February 26, 2024. If flight information and signed waiver form are not turn-in by February 26, 2024, reservation will be cancelled and refunded less $200 initial non-refundable deposit. 100 % cancellation charge if trip is cancelled by student after February 26, 2024. Reservation cancellation for non-payment if full payment is not made by February 26, 2024. Once reservation is cancelled, there is no credit to future services nor refund. In case of medical emergency, accompanying ISE chaperones are responsible for medical arrangement.
Late arriving students on delayed flights will be met by ISE/SMG chaperone and connect with the main group from Hard Rock Café DC. Late arriving students are financially responsible for Dulles Airport transfer to connect with the main group.
Full refund is provided in case of trip cancellation due to insufficient sign-ups. Minimum 30 student reservations to operate Washington D.C. Trip.
All roommate requests must be arranged in advance by making email request to info@usastudenttour.com. Single triple and quad occupancy reservations/payments are allowed once roommate requests are made and accepted by USA Student Tour.

7:30 pm – 9 pm Evening Memorial and Washington Monument tour including the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Veteran Memorial, Korean War Veteran Memorial and more

Join us as we visit the monument that towers over every other structure in Washington DC: the Washington Monument reaching 555 feet above the nation’s capital. The marble and granite monument honors George Washington, the first U.S. president and commander of the Continental Army during the American Revolution. This iconic symbol of the U.S. government is one of the many historic sites we’ll visit in Washington, D.C.
The Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the U.S. Capitol building anchor the National Mall, a roughly two-mile section of museums and monuments that draws 25 million visitors annually. More six million of those come to the memorial to President Abraham Lincoln. We’ll have plenty of time to explore other sites on the National Mall, including the Smithsonian Institute’s “Castle”, the National Gallery of Art, and the National Museum of Natural History.

You’ll also have time to shop in the many museums, memorials, and historic sites throughout the U.S. Capitol district. We’ll also take a cruise on the Potomac River and spend some time in historic Old Town Alexandria.
The Potomac River separates the District of Columbia from Virginia to the south. Our cruise tour will offer fantastic vistas of the Jefferson memorial, the Washington Monument, the US Capitol building, and more! Cruise stop includes Old Town Alexandria, great shopping, dining and pre-revolution architecture.
The Arlington National Cemetery commemorates American war heroes, veterans and freed slaves. It stretches over 600 acres and overlooks the Potomac River. More than 4 million visitors arrive annually to reflect and remember their sacrifice and service. The history of the United State is reflected on this peaceful site.
Escape to the colonial days along the Potomac River in Old Town Alexandria. Brick-line sidewalks lead to historic townhomes, art galleries, restaurants and museums. You’ll feel you’ve stepped back in time as you roam the streets of this wonderfully-preserved colonial city.
