Grand Canyon, Sedona and Monument Valley Trip

Terms and Conditions

To confirm, parent’s signed authorization form is required within 15 days from reservation. Please make a reservation using trip calendar and make sure to enter your program reservation code. Airfare is not included in the trip.

Remaining balance is due by January 26, 2025 with flight and medical insurance information. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after January 26, 2025. If flight information and signed waiver form are not turn-in by January 26, 2025, reservation will be cancelled and refunded less $300 initial non-refundable deposit. 100 % cancellation charge if trip is cancelled by student after January 26, 2025. Reservation cancellation for non-payment if full payment is not made by January 26, 2025. Once reservation is cancelled, there is no credit to future services nor refund. In case of medical emergency, accompanying ISE chaperones are responsible for medical arrangement.

Late arriving students on delayed flights will be met by ISE/SMG chaperone and connect with the main group from Sedona Uptown ( 2 hour drive from Phoenix Airport). Late arriving students are financially responsible for hotel transfer to connect with the main group.

Full refund is provided in case of trip cancellation due to insufficient sign-ups. Minimum of 28 student reservations to operate this trip.

All roommates must be arranged in advance by students prior to making trip reservation by emailing roommate request to info@usastudenttour.com. Single triple and quad occupancy reservation/payments are allowed once roommate requests are made and accepted by USA Student Tour.

HOTEL: Fairfield Inn Flagstaff  and  Hampton Inn Page

Day 1, Thursday Mar 27 – Sedona

2 pm Students connect with assigned chaperones in Phoenix Airport
2:15 pm Depart Phoenix Airport for Sedona
TBA Bell Rock Trail (nature walk) and Airport Mesa
TBA Dinner on own in Sedona Uptown
7:30 pm Depart Sedona for Flagstaff
9 pm Hotel check-in with Fairfield Flagstaff

Day 2, Friday Mar 28 – Grand Canyon and Horseshoe Bend

8:30 am Hotel check-out for Grand Canyon National Park
4 pm Depart for Grand Canyon for Horseshoe Bend
6 pm Horseshoe Bend visit
7 pm Depart for Page, AZ. Dinner stop. Group dinner in Page
8:30 pm Hotel check-in with Hampton Inn Page, AZ

Day 3, Saturday Mar 29 – Monument Valley

8:30 am Hotel check-out and depart Lake Powell photo stop
9:30 am Depart for Monument Valley
12:15 pm Monument Valley tour with local jeep company
3 pm Depart Monument Valley for Flagstaff
TBA Dinner stop in Cameron Trading Post. Dinner on own
Chaperones remind assigned students with flight check-in.
8:30 pm Hotel check-in Fairfield Flagstaff
9 pm Meet with chaperones and Bill on flight check-in update

Day 4, Sunday Mar 30 – Montezuma Castle and Old Town Scottsdale

8:30 am Chaperones update assigned students’ flights
8:45 am Hotel check-out and depart for Montezuma Castle
10 am – 11 am Montezuma Castle visit
12:45 pm Old Town Scottsdale tour. Lunch on own
TBA Shuttle to Phoenix Airport every 1.5 hours
4 pm Depart Old Town Scottsdale for Phoenix Airport
4:30 pm Bus released. Tour guide and chaperones assist students with flight check-in if required
5:30 pm Tour guide released from airport
