IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS: ISE/SMG/CASE require all participating students must arrange flights using Flightfox (ISE/SMG/CASE affiliate) departing on March 18, 2026 and arriving Honolulu Airport on March 18, 2026 between 8 am – 2 pm. On March 22, 2026, flights must depart from Honolulu Airport between 2 pm – 10:30 pm without overnight stay in the airport (no sleeping in the airport) . Hawaii trip is accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with a professional tour guide.
Terms and Conditions
To make a reservation, parent’s signed authorization form must be submitted prior to making Hawaii trip reservation. Please make a reservation using trip calendar and make sure to enter your program reservation code. Airfare is not included in the trip.
Remaining balance is due by December 15, 2025 with flight and medical insurance information. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after
December 15, 2025. If flight information and signed waiver form are not turned-in by December 15, 2025, reservation will be canceled and refunded less $300 initial non-refundable deposit.
100% cancellation charge if trip is canceled by student after December 15, 2025. Reservation cancellation for non-payment if full payment is not made by December 15, 2025. Once reservation is canceled, there is no credit to future services nor refund. In case of medical emergency, accompanying ISE chaperones are responsible for medical arrangement.
Late arriving students on delayed flights will be met by ISE/SMG chaperone and connect with the main group from Queen Kapiolani Hotel. Late arriving students are financially responsible for hotel transfer to connect with the main group.
All roommates must be arranged in advance by students prior to making trip reservation by emailing roommate request to info@usastudenttour.com with roommate names. Single triple and quad occupancy reservation/payments are allowed once roommate requests are made and accepted by USA Student Tour.

- Day 1, Wednesday March 18 – Airport Transfer and Lei Greeting
- 2:30 pm Students check-in with assigned chaperones at Honolulu Airport
3 pm Depart airport for hotel transfer
TBA Hotel check-in Queen Kapiolani Hotel, 150 Kapahulu Ave, Honolulu
Located 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach
5:30 pm Meet in hotel lobby for Waikiki Beach walking tour led by local tour guide
6 pm Group dinner with PF Chang. Post dinner walking tour of Waikiki Beach District
8:30 pm Arrive hotel. - Day 2, Thursday March 19 – Island Tour, Polynesian Cultural Center and Luau Dinner
- 7 am – 8:30 am Hotel Breakast @ Deck
8:40 am Depart for island tour led by local tour guide featuring Northshore and Dole Plantation
TBA Lunch stop by Polynesian Cultural Center. Lunch on own
1 pm Polynesian Cultural Center tour led by local guide
5 pm Luau dinner with hula dancing entertainment
7:30 pm Polynesian Cultural Center musical performance
10:15 pm Approximate hotel arrival - Day 3, Friday March 20 – Pearl Harbor and Honolulu City Tour

8:40 am Depart hotel for Pearl Harbor, Honolulu City and Pali Lookout tour led by local tour guide
5:30 pm Arrive Waikiki Beach. Dinner on own in International Market Place
8 pm Walk back to hotel, 15 minute walk to hotel - Day 4, Saturday March 21 – Catamaran Boat and Eastshore tour

9:15 am Depart hotel for 2 hour Catamaran boat tour

Located in northeast of Oahu, Polynesian Cultural Center is a living museum and cultural amusement park with 6 villages representing 6 different cultures.
Each village offers interactive demonstrations such as canoeing and Polynesian dancing. Polynesian Cultural Center visit includes evening performance and traditional luau dinner.
