Los Angeles & San Diego Trip
December 3 – 6, 2026
IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS:ISE/SMG/CASE require all participating students must arrange flights using Flightfox (ISE/SMG/CASE affiliate) departing on December 3, 2026 and arriving Los Angeles Airport on December 3, 2026 between 7 am – 2 pm. On December 6, 2026 flights must depart from Los Angeles Airport between 2 pm – 10 pm without overnight stay in the airport (no sleeping in the airport). Los Angeles trip is accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with a professional tour guide. Please use following weblink to connect with Flightfox. If spaces are available, students can make reservation beyond deadline date.
Terms and Conditions
TO MAKE a reservation:
1) Review trip itinerary, reservation terms & conditions and deadline and research for available flights. Please note that airfare is not included in Los Angeles & San Diego trip. Participating students are strongly suggested to use Flightfox (ISE/SMG/CASE affiliate) to ensure that booked flights match flight requirements for each trip. Please do not book flights until USA Student Tour sends instruction to book flight.
2) Under Tour Calendar, select your desired trip and enter the program code provided by your program. Without program code, trip reservation cannot be completed. For an individual student, double occupancy reservation is accepted. When making double occupancy reservation, please enter your name only and check off FIND ME A ROOMMATE box to make reservation/payment for one student. Please enter your ISE/SMG/CASE student ID #. Please do not enter your high school ID #.
3) Download the Authorization Form from the trip page and get it signed by your natural parents, host family, school, and your representative. Please turn in signed form within 10 days from making trip reservation.
4) Remaining balance due by October 3, 2026 with flight information. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after October 3, 2026. If flight information and signed waiver form are not turned in by October 3, 2026, reservation will be canceled and refunded less $300 initial non-refundable deposit. Reservation cancellation for non-payment if full payment is not made by October 3, 2026. Once reservation is canceled, there is no credit to future services nor refund.
Late arriving students on delayed flights will be met by ISE/SMG chaperone and connect with the main group from Hard Rock Café Hollywood. Late arriving students are financially responsible for LAX transfer to connect with the main group.
Full refund is provided in case of trip cancellation due to insufficient sign-ups. Minimum of 25 student reservations to operate Los Angeles & San Diego Trip.
Unless roommate request is made in advance by students, students will be assigned a roommate of same gender by USA Student Tour. To request a roommate, students must send roommate request email to info@usastudenttour.com with roommate name and email address at least 21 days from trip departure date.

- Day 1, Thursday Dec 3 – Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood
- 2 pm Meet chaperones and tour guide @ LAX terminal 5 arrival level information desk
2:30 pm Depart LAX for LA city tour including Downtown Los Angeles, historic Olvera Street, Disney Concert Hall, LA Live and Hollywood
Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood dinner. Walking tour of Hollywood Walk of Fame after dinner
9 pm Hotel check-in. Hampton Inn El Segundo - Day 2, Friday Dec 4 – Santa Monica Beach and Warner Brothers Studio

8:30 am Depart for Warner Brothers Studio and Griffith Park Observatory
