Though some are better known than others, they are all equally stunning. Students explore the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Monument Valley, Arches National Park, Zion, and Bryce Canyon. Many parks offer ranger led programs and environmental education geared toward student groups. Each of the southwest national parks exposes students to unique desert climates, landscapes and wildlife. To finish the trip off, embrace the desert oasis of Las Vegas, enjoy a free night before heading home.

Suggested Itinerary
- Day 1
- Depart for Southwest Tour from Los Angeles. Afternoon group arrival in Las Vegas. Short Las Vegas strip tour prior to hotel check in. Free afternoon at hotel.
Evening Las Vegas tour featuring: the Fremont Street Experience.
For our student groups we choose to stay at non-gaming properties, these properties are only a short distance from the main Las Vegas strip and do not have an onsite casino. - Day 2
- Morning check out of hotel and depart Las Vegas for Grand Canyon
Seligman rest stop with famous Route 66 photo stop
Lunch at Tusyan Outside of park
After lunch Grand Canyon South Rim National Park Tour featuring : Grand Canyon Village, Hermits Rest, and Desert View

Overnight in Flagstaff, AZ - Day 3
- Morning Tour of Meteor Crater, one of the world’s best preserved impact sites. Spend the morning visiting the Discovery Center and various lookouts. Group may join the optional rim trail hike.
Lunch on own at Subway please note there is only one dining option at Meteor Crater.
Depart for Page Arizona and Glen Canyon Visit
Afternoon Lake Powel Antelope Valley Cruise. 1.5 hour boat tour features: lower lake Powell’s Sandstone formations, and Glen Canyon Dam viewing
Overnight in Page AZ - Day 4
- Late morning arrival in Monument Valley
Tour of Monument Valley, includes Monument Valley van tour
Overnight in Moab - Day 5
- Arches National Park & Capitol Reef tour
Evening arrival at Bryce Canyon
