For discounted price reservations (made before October 15): cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellations are made after October 15. If cancellations are made before October 15, passengers are entitled to a 100% refund.
For non-discounted price reservations (made after October 15): Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellations are made after November 15. If cancellations are made before November 15, 2014, passengers are entitled to 100% refund.
