For discounted price reservations (made before October 15): cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellations are made after October 15.
If cancellations are made before October 15, passengers are entitled to a 100% refund.
For non-discounted price reservations (made after October 15): cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellations are made within 30 days from departure date.
