IMPORTANT TRAVEL DETAILS: ISE/SMG/CASE Strongly suggest that all participating students to arrange flights using Flightfox (ISE/SMG/CASE affiliate) departing on April 30, 2026 and arriving La Guardia Airport on April 30, 2026 between 7 am – 2 pm . On May 3, 2026, flights must depart from La Guardia between 3 pm – 10:30 pm without overnight stay in the airport (no sleeping in the airport). Please use following weblink to connect with Flightfox. New York trip is exclusively designed for ISE, SMG and CASE students. New York trip is accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with a professional tour guide. Please do not book flights until USA Student Tour sends instruction to book flights. Airfare is not included in the trip.
Terms and Conditions
To confirm, parent’s signed authorization form is required within 15 days from reservation. Please make a reservation using trip calendar by entering your program reservation code. Airfare is not included in the trip. Please do not book flights until USA Student Tour sends instruction to book flights.
Remaining balance is due by XXXXX, 2026 with flight and medical insurance information. Cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellation is made after XXXX, 2026. If flight information and signed waiver form are not turn-in by XXXX, 2026, reservation will be cancelled and refunded less $300 initial non-refundable deposit. Non-payment by FXXXX, 2026 will result in reservation cancellation without refund. Once reservation is cancelled, there is no credit to future services nor refund.
Full refund is provided in case of trip cancellation due to insufficient sign-ups. Minimum of 28 student reservations to operate New York Trip.
All roommate requests must be arranged in advance by emailing roommates request to info@usastudenttour.com with roommate names. Single triple and quad occupancy reservation/payments are allowed once roommate requests are made and accepted by USA Student Tour. Students are responsible for arranging triple and quad occupancy roommates.

2:45 pm Depart La Guardia for New York city tour including Midtown and Times Square

9 pm Check-in with Courtyard Edgewater - Day 2, Friday May 1 – Central Park and Top of the Rock
- 8:45 am Depart hotel for Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Central Park (72 street – west side Strawberry Fields, Bethesda Terrace & Literary Walk) General Grant National Memorial and Harlem tour. Lunch on own

Our New York package includes tours of both Brooklyn and Manhattan as we explore the familiar sights and sounds of the country’s largest urban area, home to 8.5 million people.

Until 1980, the High Line was an elevated train line serving the West Side of Manhattan.
