Student Trips - USA Student Tour

Trips are customized and operated by USA Student Tour exclusively for Student Management Group (SMG), International Student Exchange (ISE) and Cultural Academic Student Exchange (CASE) students. All trips are accompanied by ISE, SMG and CASE chaperones with professional tour guides. For flight reservations, suggest flight research using expedia.com or other travel websites but make reservations directly from selected airlines’ website. We also suggest asking your host parents for flight recommendations.

To Make a reservation:
1) Download the Authorization Form from the trip page and get it signed by your natural parents, host family, school, and your representative. Please turn in signed form within 15 days from making reservation.

2) Review trip itinerary, reservation terms & conditions and deadline. Please note that airfare is not included in all trips. Students are responsible for booking flights on own. We suggest asking host parents for flight recommendations. Most discounted airfares are available through airline websites. Prior to booking your flight, please review trip itinerary for required arrival and departure times. Students cannot arrive earlier than trip departure dates. Reservations for students arriving earlier than trip departure date will be cancelled but full refund will be provided.

3) Under Tour Calendar, select your desired trip and enter the program code provided by your program. Without program code, trip reservation cannot be completed. For an individual student, double occupancy reservation is accepted. When making double occupancy reservation, please enter your name only and check off FIND ME A ROOMMATE box to make reservation/payment for one student.

For quad and triple occupancy reservations, roommates must be pre-arranged by students prior to making reservations with roommate names. If students have pre-arranged roommates and wanting to make individual triple or quad occupancy reservations, please email us roommate names to info@usastudenttour.com. Once we receive email with roommate names, we will send reservation code for individual reservation for triple or quad occupancy reservation. If one student is paying for all triple or quad occupany reservations, roommate email is not required.
