For fresh air and a landscape unlike any other, head northeast to the Sierra Nevada. Just as John Muir did, your group will stumble across breath-taking Yosemite Valley. On the way, travel through the fertile Central Valley and sample the locally harvested fruits and nuts. As the road climbs, you’ll start heading through the Gold Country, the backdrop for America’s famed 19th century Gold Rush. After you are hit with striking views this park has to offer, you can hike with your guide below the gigantic Sequoia trees and stand along the edge of a waterfall, overlooking the Yosemite Valley in all its glory.

Suggested Itinerary
- Day 1
- Morning departure from Los Angeles. Stop for lunch in Fresno – Lunch on own
Late afternoon tour of Yosemite Valley featuring: Tunnel View, the valley, Curry Village and lodge. Dinner on own in Yosemite Valley
Evening check in at hotel outside park Cedar Lodge *or similar - Day 2
- Morning check-out and depart for Yosemite National Park
Enter the National Park and breakfast on own
Weather permitting, tour guide will lead hike to Vernal Falls. Otherwise, for an additional charge, the morning is free for bicycling, hiking and a host of other activities ranging from the Ansel Adams Gallery to river rafting. For rafting, passengers must start no later than 9:45 am.
Mid-afternoon depart Yosemite Valley
Evening arrival in Los Angeles - Day 3
- Early morning check-out of hotel, depart for Yosemite National Park
Breakfast on own at Yosemite National Park
Mid-morning departure for Mariposa Grove to see Giant Redwoods (summer months only)

This group tour is available everyday. For summer departures, 6 month advance reservation is suggested. Group discounts are available for September – April departures and for student and senior groups.
Terms and Conditions
To reserve, $10.00 per person deposit is required 60 days from departure date. Final payment with rooming list is due 30 days from departure date. Cancellation charge is $10.00 per person for cancellation made within 60 days from departure. Cancellation charge is 100% of invoice amount if cancellation is made within 30 days from departure date.
