For discounted price reservations (made before October 7th): cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellations are made after October 7th. If cancellations are made before October 7th, passengers are entitled to a 100% refund.
For non-discounted price reservations (made after October 7th), cancellation charge is 100% of trip price if cancellations are made after October 24th.
